I have made an executive decision to make today Tuesday my off day instead of tomorrow Wednesday. I am a bit run down my muscles and body are fatigued and levels have been decreased clear signs of burnout. This will also put my abs every other day back on schedule. I slept pretty good that is until my son woke up at 2:15am and kept me up until 5am. I went to the bathroom and decided let me weigh myself and guess what I weigh 207lbs!!!!! It's not official but I'm sure my settled weight is 210 it's safe to say. The pic I posted is me working out yesterday. Breakfast I had a bowl of special knees berry cereal with whole milk. I did take my multivitamin. Lunch I had tuna fish with mayonnaise and water. A snack I had was a double cheeseburger from McDonalds and water. Dinner I had two slices of pizza with peppers and water. I'm so going to pay for this day tomorrow in the gym stay tuned!!!
