Weightloss Journey 2013 Week 1 Day 4 Recap

So today I had to make a decision to not do my second cardio workout due to the lack of sleep since I worked overnight. I plan to double up meaning normally after work I do a 30 minute cardio so I plan to do an hour tomorrow morning once I get off from work. I work at 11pm tomorrow so there will be a chance to sleep. I was concerned about this happening.Spending time with my son after work plus factoring in sleep and daily activities will prove difficult but we will work it out. I work eight days in a row to get six days off so it makes it worth while. this is night 2 of 8. So lunch I had a can of diet coke and a sicilian slice and a slice of pizza. Dinner I am proud of myself I went to the hospital caferteria and got a egg salad sandwich to make it through the night and a kellogs cereal in case I get hungry. So today I feel bad but sleep was of utter importance. I did great on my water consuption I have over 64oz of water consumed and its only 8pm. Yeah!!!!
