Weightloss Journey 2013 Week 1 Day 3 Recap

Total off day and I needed it. I reached my water goal forgot to take my multiple vitamin. Breatfast I had two buttered rolls and Orange Juice lunch I had a sicilian slice and regular with a can diet coke. overnight I worked I had a turkey on wheat bread with a hand ful of grahm and regular crackers. I get off my overnight I plan to do 30 minutes of interval training to replace jumprope and later come in before my night shift to do more cardio. Overnight drank 20oz+ of water
