Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 3 Day 18 RECAP

So I am starting to feel a little better I did end up doing my cardio. I did my second low to moderate intensity bike workout instead of the stair-master interval. First workout I did at work level 6 and 7 thirty minutes of each! Not bad since I'm not feeling 100 percent and had all of two hours of sleep yesterday. Breakfast I had a buttered roll and a banana with a bottle of Orange Juice, lunch I had a turkey sandwich with cheese a 20 oz strawberry soda with a small bag of cheese doodles i had some water but didn't hit the water consumption out of the park the past two days. I did my second cardio with the stair-master interval then the bike at level 7. Felt good dinner I had a bowl of Special K red berry then worked. Stay tuned
