
So Starting with last night during my overnight shift I had a 15oz cup of noodle soup some saltine crackers as well as pleny of water. I also had a turkey on wheat sandwich along with a banana. Morning I did my 30 minutes of interval training and did 30 minutes of extra cardio to make for lost cardio. So my backlogged cardio is 30 minutes. Severly low on sleep got my period which normally makes me gain weight between 2-5lbs. We will see during weigh in. Breakfast I had a buttered roll with water and lunch I had a few ribs (very little meat) with a salad and balsamic vinegar nothing but lettuce and shredded cheese. I drank water. For a snack I had a special k red berry bowl of cereal with whole milk. I also had a small box of dots candies (my period talking) didn't have to do evening cardio technically wed is my day off I owe no cardio. Dinner I had ribs again with water stay tuned...
