Weightloss Journey 2013 Week 1 Day 6 Recap
Sleep is a thing that has escaped me the past few days but I'm still determined to make it work. The pad three days I'm lucky if I got 3 hours. This morning I did my stair-master level three 30 minute interval at level 3 it didn't suck balls. I am on my double up since my pre work workouts have been non existent so I did 30 additional minutes o the recumbent bike. So I'm not at only a sixty minute deficit for cardio. Tomorrow is my first weigh in I'm not disappointed because I'm giving myself the two weeks to shake out the cob webs. This morning I had a bagel gel with cream cheese with oj. Lunch I had grits and three biscuits. Hit my water mark doing my pre workout as e speak. Stay tuned tomorrow for weight
