Weightloss Journey 2013 Week 1 Day 7 Recap
So staring from this morning cardio I did 60 minutes 30 min stair-master interval and 30 min recumbent bike so now I just owe 30 min. I will do another 30 because I have been 15 minutes later twice for my pre work workouts. Breakfast I had a buttered roll with oj lunch I had two slices of pizza with peppers and water dinner I had my special meal that I can have I. Sundays after weigh Szechwan chicken WTH beef fried rice and water, past night I also messed up eating a 400 calorie apple pie that was stupid I also had crackers pretzels and a cereal bar. Looking back on my first week I have to work on doing better on my pre workout workouts and I am happy withy water intake later in the night I did my pre work workout bike for 45 minutes
