This morning I got a late start and worked out at 8am instead of 5am. I guess my body needed the additional rest, I also feel bloated from my Chinese food from the lunch I had yesterday. Today I am a little weak so I did my low to moderate cardio and will do the interval later. So I did 60 minutes recumbent bike at level 9 I did a better warm up and cool down and I need to focus on stretching pre and post workout. Today feels like a good day I'm not totally hating workouts like I said for me it takes two weeks to shake the cob webs. Lunch I had a cheese sandwich with water (someone ate all my turkey). Second cardio was a disaster after the Boston bombing I was spent I did a 10 minute warmup on 15 minutes if my interval and left the gym my body needs rest and I just have to make it toy off day wed left the gum early #not feeling it Salad no chicken for dinner then Bed Stay tuned ❤
