Late night during my overnight shift I had a cup of tea, water and two bags of chips. I did my interval training cardio stair master and bike I did a 10 minute warmup and five minute cool down this morning good workout the stair-master is getting easier got a good sweat! (You can tell by my pic) Breakfast I had a buttered roll a small piece of steak and a banana, with water. Lunch I had two slices of pizza and a small 12oz can of coke (whoops). Dinner I had a chicken Quesadia with a bottle of water. My second cardio did not happen I went to go to the gym but the 5pm traffic makes it impossible to get to Norwalk on time. So I plan on doing three workouts tommorrow and double up on wednesday which is my off day or do the off day two workouts and three workouts on wed or thursday since im off from work. This missed cardio will be made up. Stay tuned I did snack on a few grapes as well. NO MORE CRACKERS
