Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 4 Day 24 RECAP

During my overnight shift I was extremely sleepy. I had a Milky Way bar a cup of chicken noodle soup and water. Breakfast I had a buttered roll with a banana along with water. Today is my off day but I want to go to the gym to make up for some lost workouts. Lunch I had a leftover slice of Pizza with water. Dinner i had a pint of beef fried rice with a 12oz can of coke. I plan on working out three times tomorrow first workout is 5am. Stay tuned.
