This morning around 6am I had a bowl of Special K cereal with whole milk during my overnight shift I had a banana and a cup of tea along with water. Lunch I had two slices of pizza and a 12oz can of coke. My cardio I did really late at 5pm I won't to planet fitness did the recumbent bike for 60 minutes 30 minutes level 10 and 30 level 11 New Increase! Dinner I had a slice of pizza with peppers and water. I did my second cardio interval training then the bike. Needed sleep so I mapped for about three hours .
