Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 2 Day 9 Recap

I switched my morning cardio due to lack of sleep to my fat burning workout and will do interval train in the evening. I did the bike added a new level 1/2 way through the workout. Breakfast I had a buttered roll and a piece of steak with water. Lunch I had a Sicilian slice and a plain slice with water. I did great with my water consumption still forgot to take the daily multi-vitamin. Had a banana as a snack and no dinner yet. Still got a small amount of sleep. Night I did interval training on the stair-master and 30 minutes level six on the bike. My back logged workouts are now down to an hour stay tuned
