Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 3 Day 18 RECAP

What a rough day! My son still has a cold and I'm sick too now. My car exhaust is fixed. I did have a earlier in the night a banana and a few crackers and a cup of tea. 1/2 a bowl of Special K with red berries. Cardio this am was harder than normal because I have come down with a cold. I won't do a night cardio but I will try back at it in the AM we will see how I feel. Breakfast I had steak and scrambled eggs I cheated and had a Dunkin donuts sausage cheese croissant lunch I skipped lunch. Dinner i had two slices if pizza. I Also took tylanol cold and flu Stay Tuned late night I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup and more tea no second cardio ❤
