So I'm at the gym at the asscrack of dawn I had a bottle of water a slice if American cheese and three tootsie rolls to get me started. I am anxiously awaiting my off day tomorrow. I need to put my car in the shop and my baby has a cold life stinks today! It is also one of this days where I feel like its useless to try I have so far to go. But! I will press on I can't get to my goal if i stop now. Morning cardio was great! I did the elliptical random level 6 (first time) at that level then did the recumbent bike for thirty minutes level 9 I also did a 10 minute warm up light stretch and five minute cool down on the bike. Feeling mentally better after this workout . Breakfast I had a bowl of Special K red berry cereal with while milk and lunch I had a 1/2 of pound of bakery cookies and a turkey sandwich on a roll with a can of Pepsi. Look at least I didn't have two slices of pizza. LOL I will bump 1/2 my second cardio to level 10 to help offset my extra food and don't forget I fell asleep and missed dinner twice this week.
