Weight Loss Journey Week 4 Day 21 RECAP

So I am totally Disgusted at the fact that my weigh is up two pounds. I am confident I did not gain two pounds and sure it has to do with the fact that I lost eight pounds the prior week. I am moving in the right direction although its still annoying, and shakes my confidence a bit. This morning I went stright home and did my cardio around 2pm I had a bowl of shredded wheat with whole milk for breakfast did the easier cardio on the bike Level 9 for thirt minutes and level 10 for thirty minutes burning about 500 calories and I did a 10 minute warm up and five minute cooldown. I also did abs at the end. Lunch was my gift to myself the szechewan chicken with beef fried rice and a 12oz can of pepsi. Now I just have to make sure I dont cheat the rest of the week. I have a defecit of two cardio hours. I will make them up on Wednesday my off day. I owe two interval workouts. I also realized that the picture of those graham crackers that I commomly eat through the night at work are 60 calories #nobueno. So I will never eat those again. Dinner I had a turkey sandwich with light mayo just turkey and bread with a small apple juice. I did not get to do my second cardio I was too sleepy. Stay tuned.
