This morning again a late start but I plan on doing three cardio bouts! Look Out! this morning I did an hour of interval training so this other two workouts I do will be just bike workouts Yahoo! I did the elliptical starting out at level 5 for thirty minutes to easy the level 6 for 15 then level 7 for the last 15! I also did abs, Breakfast I had a buttered roll and water. Lunch I relapsed I bought my lunch special I didn't eat it all and they brought me a two liter soda when I wanted a can. I drank 1/2 and gave it to my mom to hide for my brother. So this Sunday no special meal for me and I most definitely have to do two more cardio bouts today. Disappointed in the fact I gave in. Damn Szechuan chicken! i have to Forgive and move on. My second cardio was excellent I did the bike for 75 minutes and had a great sweat at level 11. No third workout I was too pooped. I'm pretty sure my settled weight is 212. Feel bad for the relapse but tomorrow is a new day. Stay Tuned!
