Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 5 Day 31 RECAP

Well yesterday I got much needed rest, feel super lazy today. Breakfast I had a bowl of Special K Red Berry Cereal with 8oz of whole milk. I am switching my cardio I'm going to do the easier cardio first since I work tonight I can use the stair master for interval training for my pre work workout. My first cardio I did the recumbent bike 30 minutes level 11 and I had to bring it down to level 10 my legs felt good but my heart rate was 160 too high for efficient fat burn. For a snack I had a very small piece of left over pizza and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. I took my multivitamin also. Dinner I had a order of ribs with a salad and water. I have a banana and a bowl of cereal in case I get hungry in the overnight. The picture is of my legs there are starting to tone up nicely. My pre work workout I did the stair master interval training level 3 I did the recumbent bike 15 minutes level 7 15 minutes level 8. Lost my data so I will from now on do level 8. Stay tuned!!!!
