Weight Loss Journey Week 2 Day 13 Recap

That is a face of YUCK for a 7am cardio workout on a SATURDAY last night for dinner I had two slices of pizza with water. This early AM I had a banana and tomorrow is my week two weigh in my period is practically gone I hope it doesn't affect my weight. I am already starting to feel better and see a few SMALL changes. My first workout of the day I did the elliptical at random level 4 then did the recumbent bike level 9 for 30 minutes Breakfast I had Special K Cereal with red berries and a few slices of Swiss cheese lunch I had a turkey sandwich on a roll with American cheese and water. My second workout was the life cycle recumbent bike level 9 for sixty minutes. I totally was not feeling the second workout if it wasn't for a weigh in tomorrow I probably would have stopped at 30 minutes. I have gotten great sleep the past two days since I'm off for six days. I missed dinner because I fell asleep early
