Weight Loss Journey Week 4 Day 26 RECAP

Got a late start to the morning again! I got to the gym by 7am it doesn't look like I will get three workouts in by Sunday BooHoo! I did not eat dinner last night since I had the Chinese food. I did sixty minutes on the bike level 11. It feels like a good level and I am breaking a sweat and its perfectly challenging. Bbreakfast I had four slices of Swiss cheese and a bowl of red Berry's Special K cereal. I'm thinking about doing the Special K 2 week challenge. Lunch I had a 24 bottle of propel water a little watermelon and a banana and a few slices of Swiss cheese. Again there was a problem with my second cardio, friday rush hour traffic makes it impossible for me to get to the ct gym on time. I think from now on i will workout in yonkers and commute at six with less traffic. Dinner I had half a grilled chicken cesear flatbread 24 oz of flavored water and a small bowl of vegetable fried rice. So for SURE three cardios tomorrow! Stay Tuned!
