Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 2 Day 12 Recap

So I joined Planet Fitness I worked out today there I did my interval training on elliptical random for 30 minutes level 4 the recumbent bike level 9 manual for thirty minutes. Breakfast I had a bowl of Special K cereal red berry with water dinner I had a chicken cesaer salad with water for my second cardio I did the recumbent bike at level 9 for sixty minutes which is perfect for now Stay tuned...
