Weight Loss Journey 2013 Day 5 Recap
Well in the AM I did do an hour of cardio 30 minute recumbent bike 30 minutes stairmaster in doing the extra 30 minutes to make up for the lack of prework workouts I barely got three hours of sleep because my son has one year dr appointment I ate a buttered roll for breakfast with oj lunch I had a nasty old slice of meatball pizza with a ginger ale dinner I had at 11 pm I had a turkey on wheat and a small apple juice. The same problem arose that I wast able to get that pre work workout in. I have to make up an hour and half of missed cardio
