Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 3 Day 17 RECAP

So glad I have the day off! My body needs rest. Early breakfast I had a banana and water and mid morning had a bowl of apple jacks with milk. My car needs to go into the shop so I will take the train and bus into work. Do my cardio tomorrow morning then bring my car in. My baby is a little better today❤ Lunch I had two slices of pizza and a 12oz can of caffeine free root beer soda (notice the soda slipping?). Dinner I plan a salad and a meal and to have a Special K cereal as backup in the overnight with a piece of fruit. Cardio at work as soon as I'm done with the overnight is in the plans. First time back on the stair master I'm sure I will have to bump up the level. I also noticed that walking to the train was effortless. picture of me waiting for the train. Dinner I had a salad lettuce with shredded cheese oil and balsamic vinegar I also had a scoop of egg salad with sobe water. Stay Tuned ❤
