So I'm completely proud of myself this week. Eight lb. weight loss is amazing, I don't want that too many times because the faster you lose it the faster it comes back. This early AM I had a banana and a water I did my cardio 30 Minutes Elliptical Level 5 and then life cycle bike for 30 minutes level 9. Breakfast I had a large bowl of Special K red berry cereal. I also had two large slices of cheese and three tootsie rolls. Lunch I had my much awaited present after a weigh-in Szechwan chicken with beef fries rice and a 12 oz can of coke. I didn't eat all of the chicken and I don't intent to but it was good. Later I drank more water and my second workout of the day I did the recumbent bike for 60 minutes at level 9 dinner I had a grilled chicken cesaer salsa. Tomorrow I will try to be better at the vitamin.
