During my overnight shift I had a cup of chicken noodle soup and later had a bowl of Special K red berry cereal. I did my interval training with the stair master and 30 minutes of the recumbent bike. Lunch I had a slice if pizza with green peppers with flavored water. Feeling tired today, weigh in and measurements will be recorded tomorrow wish me luck. Snack I a banana a few slices of cheese and five fig newtons with water. Dinner I had two slices of pizza and a can of Pepsi. My second cardio was terrible I normally do level 11 for 60 minutes but I was really burnt out and physically couldn't do it so instead of leaving I did 60 minutes level 6. Stay tuned. Today's workout gets a thumbs down!!!
