Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 2 Weigh-In

So I'm totally starving had a decent amount of sleep and want to eat and drink something but rather weigh in before I eat something on a totally empty stomach. So I now weigh 210! Amazing I'm sure it's not a settled weight but I will take it.

Start Weight: 222.5lbs
Week 1: 218lbs (-4.5lbs)
Week 2: 210lbs (-8lbs)
