Weight loss Journey Week 1 Day 3 2013 Off Day

So my workouts are six days a week and Wednesday is my off day. Today I'm off #praisethelord. I'm totally sore so I'm thankful for the day off. The next seven days I work consecutive nights I have the opportunity for more cardio because if the hospital gym but lowered opportunity for sleep. I have to find the balance. Today's goals better eating habits and water water water
