I finally got up at the A$$ Crack of dawn to be at the gym at 5am. I did interval training at level 5 which was a mistake should have been level 7 still got a good sweat. Did the recumbent bike level 11 for 30 minutes. I did a 10 minute warmup and stretch and a five minute cool down. Breakfast I had Special K Red Berry Cereal with whole milk and lunch I had tuna fish with regular mayonnaise no bread just out of a bowl. I also had as a snack a handful of raisins and a cup of mango punch. I did my second cardio doing the bike got a little lazy and did level 10 and my heart rate was in my fat burning zone. Dinner I did horrible I had a sweet tea a double cheese burger and a onion cheddar burger. It was purely a cost choice sad but true was good though.
