So far I did have around 5am a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a handful of raisins I did I 30 minutes of cardio stair master level 3 not bad forgot my headphones #boo breakfast I had a bowl of Rice Krispies and so far had 40 oz of water my problem is no sleep yet and may not get any before I go back to work I will try
