This morning was my weigh in I'm proud of it losing 3.5lbs this week. The pic I have is my starting weight to now. I see small differences, this month will be dramatic. This morning I had Special K Red Berry Cereal and 4 fig newtons and water. Lunch I had a pint of beef fried rice and a 24oz can of ice tea. My first cardio was done late in the day. I did the treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike. Elliptical I did interval training for 30 minutes and the bike I did 15 minutes and the treadmill I did 15 minutes at 3.5mph. I felt a little tired but I still did the level that I normally do. My second cardio I did the recumbent bike for 60 minutes. I'm still feeling a little weak so i did 15 minutes at level 9 and 45minutes level 10. Stay tuned ❤
