During my overnight shift I was starving I had a large cup of soup three spoons of vanilla pudding a scoop of tuna fish and half a bag of sour gummy worms and water. This morning I did my easy workout first on the recumbent bike alternating ever five minutes from level 7-8. Breakfast I knew I needed something solid I had a piece of steak and scrambled eggs with half of a Gatorade and water. Lunch I had a pint of need fries rice with a 24oz can of iced tea and a little water. My second cardio I did the stair master level 3 interval training the thirty minutes on the recumbent bike alternating between level 7-8. I also did abs using the fit ball. I'm disappointed in my food choices this week I plan to make up for it starting on Sunday doing the Special K Two-Week Challenge. This picture is me going in in my cardio. Diner I had a 4oz can of ginger ale a small salad and turkey with Swiss on wheat. Stay Tuned!!!!
