Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 7 Day 45 Special K Challenge Day 4 RECAP
Today is actually my off day but I missed a workout on Mother's Day I only worked I once on Sunday. I made up my cardio workout today I did 60 minutes of the recumbent bike this am. I felt a little weak today probably because I'm not eating as many calories as I normally do because of the special K challenge but I still stuck it out and did a good job on the bike. One good consolation is that I don't have to do any more workouts today. I plan to do my cardio as soon as I get out of work. I start back to work tonight I work a 12 hour shift and I plan to do the stairmaster as soon as I get off of work. Later in the day I'll do my second workout and tomorrow I don't have to go to work until 11 PM so I will have some time to factor in rest. I am a little concerned about my work schedule and factoring in the weight loss challenge being that I work overnights. I just want to make sure that I don't consume too many calories. I probably will have chicken noodle soup and have a Special K Cereal as back up but I am a little concerned about that. Breakfast I had a special K protein shake and half a banana and again with the banana i split it with my son. So far the special K challenge is not going badly it's going pretty good actually. I don't have a headache today the only thing is I definitely feel a bit more fatigued than I normally would doing all my cardio workouts and I'm quite sure it's because of the lower calories.I don't have a headache today, I've been noticing the past couple days I've had a headache but that seems to be gone today. Thank goodness it's a rest day. Lunch I had a bowl of Special K Red Berry Cereal with 2% milk. I also packed some snacks and a frozen dinner in my bag for my overnight shift in case I get hungry. Dinner I had eggplant Parm with a salad and my multivitamin and water. Stay tuned..
