I truly have to say that I felt like the weather that was today. GREAT! On my overnight shift I had a large cup of chicken noodle soup and a hand ful of potato chips. This morning I actually got to go the gym which I was worried that I was barely able to get one workout but actually got two. This morning I did the elliptical Trainer for 30 minutes Random Level 8 (should be bumped up to level 9). then I did the recumbent bike for 30 minutes level 12. Got a excellent sweat. Breakfast I had a Special K cereal and a few special k chips. Lunch I had a pint of beef fried rice with a 23oz can of Iced Tea and Dinner so far I had a salad but I have the Special K cereal for dinner, I just didnt eat it yet. My second cardio I used the gym at work and did the recumbant bike for 60 minutes level 8. Stay tuned...
