Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 8 Day 52 Special K Challenge Day 9 RECAP


During my overnight shift last night I had a large cup of chicken noodle soup and a hand full of Swedish fish candy. I did 60 minutes on the elliptical trainer to make up for the 30 minutes I missed yesterday. Breakfast I started with a light snack I had a banana and a bottle of orange juice breakfast I had a bowl of Special K cereal with whole milk. Lunch I had a smart one lasagna with meat sauce and water. After further review, realized that I missed a meal  and I have to make sure that get enough calories throughout the day. Ended up only doing that one cardio I really needed sleep I will use my off day Wednesday to make up for the missed workout. My goal is to have no missed workouts. Stay Tuned...
