So today I did decide to incorporate an off day. I did workout once on my scheduled off day and I currently have a defecit of three workouts that needed to made up. This is also the end of my first week doing the Special K Challenge and I am looking forward to my weigh in tommorrow. I checked earlier and my weight is down substantially. So cross fingers that I do well this week. Looking back on this week the first five days of the challenge were a breeze, from that point i felt weak but I never felt like I was starving and I wanted to die. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait until its over so I can start my new challenge the Jillian Michaels Five Week Abs the her 30 Day Shred. No exercise was done today breakfast I broke down and had Garden Catering and their High School Special wich is chicken nuggets and french fries. YES for breakfast then I skipped all other meals simply because I slept and it help me full. Lunch I had a Special K Protein shake. During my overnight shift I did have a large cup of bland chicken noodle soup and a few barbeque potato chips and two cups of Orange Juice since I feel my allergies have kicked in today. WAH!
