Well today I was crazy tired but I still managed to do my cardio workout this morning. I switched it up and did the Elliptical Trainer Level 9 (I bumped it up to) for 30 minutes then did the recumbent bike for 30 minutes level 8. I got moderate sleep. Breakfast I had a smart ones three cheese ziti and I had the same for dinner. Dinner I had a Special K cereal with whole milk. My second cardio went great. Stay Tuned...
