Weight Loss Journey 2013 Weeks 7 Day 44 Special K Challenge Day 3 RECAP

This morning I got a pretty early start on my workout I was at the gym by 5:30am and ideally I wanted to be there at 5am. When I got up this morning I dillydallied around. I didn't feel bloated this morning as far as feeling like I had a lot of salt in my diet last night. I wasn't hungry this morning. I worked out and then I had my breakfast at about 8 AM my breakfast was a protein shake the special K protein shake and half a banana I split the other half of the banana with my baby. I did my hard work out this morning where I do 30 minutes of interval training on the elliptical at level 7 which I think I want to increase to level 8 and then 30 Minutes of recumbent bike at level 12.  Lunch I had a Smart ones frozen dinner and two specialt k snacks. I did my second cardio workout on the bike I didn't do abs today but i will tomorrow since Wednesday's my offnday and I will do one cardio to make up for a cardio I missed on Sunday. Dinner I had a special K with red berry cereal with 2% milk and water.  You'll see a picture of what I ate all of today. Day 3,still feeling good not starving and I go back to work tomorrow so I have a develop a plan that I need to navigate working out and eating on the special K challenge. I also took my multiple vitamin today and yesterday. Stay tuned…
