Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 8 Day 51 Special K Challenge Day 8 RECAP

Today was pretty quiet. I again opted to go home first instead of working out then going home, I have to do the same tomorrow. I have to ensure my workout is sooner than later. Because if I wait too long they collide with each other and there is no real rest time in between. Breakfast I had the Smart ones cheeseburger sliders which are gross. Then I did my easy cardio 75 minutes on the recumbent bike then ABS. Lunch I had a Special K cereal with whole milk. Looking forward to the end of this week, is witch up my workouts and also do full body fat, body, girth measurements and retake body shots. Dinner I plan to have the Special K cereal with a Special K snack bar. The picture is what I ate throughout the day. I needed more calories so I had 1/2 a smart ones vegetable fried rice.
