Well my rest week is over with the start of week seven and I started on Sunday the special K challenge Day 1. What I had for breakfast was a special K with red berries and a banana. Lunch I had a protein shake with him the special K snacks chips and dinner I had a smart ones three cheese ziti. Throughout the day I had about 60 ounces of water and a few Ritz crackers and fourTootsie Rolls. This pic shows what I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner it doesn't show the crackers with the Tootsie Roll's but I did good for day one. I didn't feel hungry and I also did 75 minutes of cardio on recumbent bike I did a new level level 13 for about10 minutes I think. Stay tuned...
