Weight Loss Journey Week 18 Day 125 RECAP
I started to get worried about my motivation, it could be that I over did it last week and I was showing signs of burnout. But after a good sleep today I walked for 90 minutes with my son and mom. I wanted to do FitStar but I never got around to it, until later.I walked to work then did 90 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of FitStar. Breakfast I had a blueberry Oikos yogurt, lunch I had a pint of regular fried rice with a can of Arizona iced tea. Dinner I had a smart ones lasagna and a bag of French onion sun chips.today was a good day. Stay tuned...
