Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 18 Day 126 RECAP
I am certainly noticing my trend to skip or cut out on some of my workouts. I definitely feel like BURNOUT is starting to creep in. I'm sore and weak more frequently and no desire to train. The other issue is that I am so freaking close to my goal, I have to persevere, my livelihood depends on it. Being able to move and have an additional income to ensure I can reach my financial goals. Today I was not able to do my morning cardio because I was waiting to get my work badge replaced to only find out that that person was not going to be in today. Here are my calories burned throughout the day. I ate terrible crap on my overnight shift so I barely ate Anyang to keep my calorie deficit low. Stay tuned...
