Weight Loss Journey 2013 Week 20 Day 142 RECAP

So today after the killer workouts I did yesterday I am sore and nor did I get a good nights sleep. I opted to forgo working out this morning go home and get some sleep. I did manage to get in 90 minutes before my evening shift. I walked 30 minutes today to and from work then I did 11 minute shirt circuit workout through FitStar and then did 45 minutes on the elliptical. I felt like I had a good workout also. I did have my cheat meal I had for breakfast scrabbled eggs, grilled steak and some watermelon, lunch I had two slices of pizza with peppers and some Pepsi. Dinner I had multigrain bar a 13 oz can of Pepsi and a pint of beef fried rice. Today food wise I totally failed. Stay Tuned....
