Weight a loss Journey 2013 Week 27 Day 150 RECAP

Well today was a great start back to being in shape at least the shape I was four weeks ago. This morning was a nice brisk day and I walked over 4 miles with my son in tow. Later I left early enough to get I. 60 minutes on the recumbent bike and 30 minutes FitStar. My stats below. I worked Wednesday because I made yesterday Tuesday my off day. I plan to do my cardio first thing when I get out at least 60 minutes sleep and then workout then work. I will keep you updated.
